Most orders are shipped to arrive 5-7 business days from the receipt of order. Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis.  We do our best to keep this website availability up to date. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that all items will be available. We will notify you via email if something you've ordered is not available.We do not ship to addresses outside the 48 contiguous United States.

FULL PRICED merchandise may be returned or exchanged by mail with the original receipt within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

We do not accept returns on SHOES that have been scuffed or worn. Please be careful when trying on shoes. We suggest trying them on carpet and inspecting them for fit before attempting to send them back. All shoe returns must include the original shoe box, in the original condition (not bent or damaged in anyway). NO EXCEPTIONS.
